Devon’s Ladram Bay Holiday Park is planning to scale new heights of popularity this year with added features which include a family-fun climbing wall.

Other new developments this year include an eye-catching makeover of Ladram Bay’s popular Coast Takeaway which now has a sleek modern interior and inside seating.
Its menu has also been extended, and includes traditional favourites such as fish and chips, burgers, and spicy chicken – much of which is sourced from Devon suppliers.
There’s also been new equipment added to the kitchen, including a state-of-the-art fryer which can prepare gluten-free food and a range of other specialities.
They are just some of the attractions which Ladram Bay believes will see visito record numbers this year – and the signs, say the park, are already good.
Advance bookings for spring and summer are currently running at record levels, and enquiries from would-be holiday home owners are extremely strong.
In fact, the park has just completed a major redevelopment of its showground to buy.
Ladram Bay’s popularity, says director Zoe House, is based on her family’s 74 years’ experience of creating a perfect family holiday setting:
“We’ve come a very long way from our beginnings as a farm which provided picture-postcard camping pitches in one of Devon’s loveliest locations,” she said.
“In the past couple of years we have invested significantly in fantastic features such as a new swimming pool complex and other leisure facilities.
“Popular too is our gorgeous Beach Shack on Ladram’s private beach where families can hire boats and enjoy light refreshments with stunning views along the coast.
“The decking area we installed last year proved immensely popular, and we’ve now decided to extend this even further,” said Zoe.
Ladram Bay’s general manager, Claire Williams, said guests also had much more to in 2017:
“We introduce improvements each year top performers,” she said.
“In addition, we have expanded the choice of accommodation which guests can rent for a short break or longer stay, including new super-luxury holiday homes and glamping pods.
“We’ve now also made it possible for guests to book any day for any duration, so making a stay at Ladram Bay more flexible than ever.
“But our proudest asset which guests often mention more than anything else is the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and the members of our friendly park team,” added Claire.
Ladram Bay boasts a top gold rating from botanist David Bellamy for its environment care.
