New name for park providing the cream of Cornish holidays

ONE OF CORNWALL’S most stunningly situated holiday parks has been re-christened with a new name which celebrates its unique location.

Now known as Polperro Holiday Park, it takes its title from the picture-perfect fishing port of Polperro which neighbours the park on Cornwall’s south east coast.

Owners Park Holidays UK say the new name will help evoke far better the gorgeous scenery and magical atmosphere which awaits families coming here on holiday.

The park was acquired earlier this year by the group, and was previously known as Seaview Holiday Village – but is now proudly bearing its smart new identity.

The name change will also help avoid possible confusion with Seaview Holiday Park in Whitstable, Kent, which is also operated by Park Holidays UK.

Plans have been announced by the company to invest even further in Polperro Holiday Park’s already first-class facilities which include a modern indoor pool and family entertainments venue.

A brand new identity for the park reflects its gorgeous location near Polperro

But it’s not just the chance to the park year after year.

Right on the doorstep are a wealth of different holiday experiences for young and old, not least of which is Polperro village itself with its charming cobbled streets and picturesque harbour.

Not far from the park are some of Britain’s most delightful coastal walks, many with breathtaking cliff-to the rolling countryside.

The sea, of course, remains the big attraction with a choice of blissful sandy beaches just a short drive from the park – and a must especially for families with youngsters.

Or for an even closer encounter with the Atlantic, there’s the chance to enjoy a fishing trip or pleasure boat excursion for just a couple of hours or a full day.

And when it comes to create a memorable day out.

Just over half-an-hour away is the unmissable Eden Project, and the equally as eye-opening Lost Gardens of Heligan with its exotic sub-tropical jungle.

A delightful model village, castles, a smuggling museum and even a rescued monkey sanctuary are amongst other local treasures guaranteed to ensure never a dull moment.

But guests will, of course, first have to tear themselves away from Polperro Park itself with its free facilities and entertainment, plus many children’s activities.

Staying options include comfortable and fully equipped holiday caravans, bungalows and chalets from £132.00 – plus the chance to enjoy delicious freshly-prepared food in the restaurant and bar.

Already proving extremely popular with families booking their 2022 holidays, there are more details about Polperro Holiday Park and the latest deals at www.ParkHolidays.com.
