Toni celebrates her £10,000 night out at Park Holidays!

Toni is presented with her £10,000 cheque as the climax to her family’s night out at the park’s clubhouse

WHEN MUM Toni Marshall and her family visited Winchelsea Sands Holiday Park in Sussex this spring, she expected to return home with lots of happy memories.

But what Toni didn’t expect to be coming back with was a staggering £10,000 windfall after a Friday night out playing bingo in the park’s popular clubhouse.

The fantastic five-figure win was made by Toni, a full-time carer from Hastings, when her numbers all suddenly started to come up – and before she knew it, she was holding a full house.

Toni was staying in a holiday caravan at Winchelsea Sands – owned by Park Holidays UK – with her husband Peter, their three young children, and her brother-in-law.

And their stay was tinged with extra excitement as Toni’s youngest, Lillyrose, was celebrating her tenth birthday – and the break was part of her treat,

“I’d never won anything like this before, and I instantly went into a state of shock… but a very happy one!” said Toni.

“There was a fantastic atmosphere in the clubhouse, and many people rushed up to congratulate me as they could see I was totally over the moon

“We’ve loads of plans for what to do with the money, and as we have some more birthdays coming up it’s going to be great to be able to splash out!” said Toni.

A fan of park holidays since she was a youngster, Toni was keen to give her children the amazing experiences she remembered, and Winchelsea Sands ticked all the boxes.

Life-changing wins are possible at the group’s 40-plus parks as all are linked together for the eyes-down evenings, greatly increasing the chances of guests hitting the big time.

Last year, winners have walked away with many tens of thousands of pounds in total as their numbers came good – and the pots will be even bigger this year, says Park Holidays UK.

That’s because the company has increased the number of parks in its ownership, and more players means more wins – and even more five-figure prizes.
