RIVERSIDE CARAVAN PARK in the Yorkshire Dales has been named as one of the UK’s best-loved holiday destinations by a major bookings platform.
The family-run park near the market town of Bentham has been awarded a coveted place on the Outstanding Sites list published annually by Campsites.co.uk
The list celebrates top locations across the UK which have received consistently first-class reviews from camping, touring and glamping guests.
Sitting on the banks of the picturesque River Wenning, Riverside was founded almost 60 years ago by the Marshall family, initially as a simple camping site.
Today it boasts luxury holiday caravans and holiday lodges to rent and buy, plus top-end glamping accommodation as well as pitches for motorhomes, touring caravans and tents.
Reviews on the Campsites.co.uk website praise Riverside’s “immaculate surroundings”, “tranquil character” and “superb and well-kept guest facilities”.
