SPORTING YOUNGSTERS at a Dartmoor school are now able to a local family’s holiday parks group.

That’s because South West Holiday Parks has donated tover School a new scrum machine on which rugby forwards can practice without fear of injury.

And recently, the park group’s MD Josh Donald was a special guest at the independent school near Newton Abbot for the machine’s official handover.

His company, based in Shaldon near Teignmouth, was thanked for its generosity by Richard Notman, headmaster of Stover School which provides day and boarding facilities.

Mr Donald said that his company was delighted to mark ten years since he first founded South West Holiday Parks.

Comprising three to own in some of the West Country’s most spectacular locations.

“It’s been a challenging year for all businesses, especially those in in the hospitality industry,” said Mr Donald who was brought up in a park-owning family on the Isle of Wight.

“Our parks are also pleased to make a difference.

“We’re delighted that rugby players at Sto improve their strength and skills, and we’ll be cheering them on next year!” said Mr Donald who lives near Exeter.
