SEARLES LEISURE RESORT in Hunstanton, Norfolk, has announced a £2 million investment into new offices and a holiday home sales showground.
The project at the family-owned seaside park includes the creation of new office space which will bring together the park’s teams in a modern and collaborative working environment.
The development has been delivered using local expertise and suppliers, including Norfolk-based architects and builders.
The investment, says Searles, reflects its long-term commitment to strengthening the operational side of the business while continuing to enhance the overall guest and owner experience.
By relocating key teams into a purpose-designed workspace, the park aims to create a more comfortable and efficient environment for staff while also freeing up space across the resort.
Paul Searle, managing director, said: “This investment is about supporting the people who make Searles what it is, and allowing them to work more effectively and closely together.
“This ultimately benefits our guests and holiday home owners, and also gives us the flexibility to continue enhancing other areas of the park as part of our long-term improvement plans.”

The development also includes a dedicated holiday home sales showground designed to display the park’s current range and give prospective buyers a clearer view of the accommodation available at Searles.
Paul’s sister Jo Searle added: “As a family-run business, we’ve always believed that investing in our people is just as important as investing in our facilities.
“This project ensures our team has the space and environment they need to do their best work, while allowing us to continue evolving the park and improving the experience we offer to guests and holiday home owners,” said Jo.
